At Helen Sykes Fashions Ltd, our customer and employee safety is of the upmost priority. We are monitoring the situation closely, and we are following all the recommendations provided by the government. To protect our clients and staff during the current pandemic, we have introduced the following procedures which must be adhered to:
-We request that all clients wear a mask, for new clients we will provide disposable versions, or bring your own
-We will scan the temperature of all staff at daily intervals and all clients on arrival
-Anyone entering the building will be asked to wash or sanitise their hands upon entry
– We will be working to a strict appointment system, if you would like to bring a guest please mention when booking
-Each client will have their own personal fitting room, and spacious showroom, the entire area will be wiped down with an alcohol based spray between appointments
-Alterations will be made in the spacious showroom, and PPE masks will be worn by staff for everyone’s protection
-Any garment that has been tried on will have a 24 hour delay before it is returned to stock. We have dedicated an entire rear showroom for this purpose
-We are very sorry that we cannot offer refreshments at this time
